Make your own delicious crêpe or galette at home, using a non-stick frying pan and our batter.

We have 2 different types of batter for sale, the  crêpe mix and the galette mix ( wheat, gluten and dairy free ).

The crêpe mix is made from locally sourced ingredients using a traditional recipe from Brittany.

The galette mix is made of buckwheat. This gives our galettes a unique flavour, light and fluffy texture which compliments savoury fillings.
